Job description
- responsible for the reliability of productive assets and infrastructure by leading maintenance strategies
- design and administration of the planning and scheduling of maintenance to equipment, machinery, buildings, and other facilities through the prioritization of work and development of maintenance programs.
- promote the improvement of maintenance processes to ensure the reliability of assets, implementing preventive and predictive tactics through the analysis of maintenance information.
- collaborate with warehouse to ensure effective management of spare parts inventories
- generate the maintenance budget and implement controls to ensure zero financial variations
- responsible for the daily management systems that support the reliability of the equipment: work orders, root cause analysis, etc.
- responsible for the maintenance communication cycle, indicator management, dashboard and technical indicator board.
- coaching technicians and operators in maintenance strategies and tpm.
- ensure compliance with maintenance plans and system feedback to improve activities you may have responsibility for setting and supervising health and safety standards.
- selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function plus those that the immediate supervisor(s) deem pertinent.
- comply with environmental, safety, occupational health and quality standards and standards, as well as with the procedures of ra mmc and good practices, aimed at the conservation of the environment, prevention of accidents, the care of the health of our staff and quality of our products.
*requirements*:
- engineering bachelor's degree
- previous experience in preventive maintenance, corrective manufacturing environment
- 3 years as maintenance supervisor or team leader.
