as a service sales account manager, you'll be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for generating leads, pitching products/services, and converting prospects into customers.

*key responsibilities*:
- client relationship management: build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients channel partners and distributors.

- reporting and analysis: generate regular reports on client accounts, tracking performance metrics and kpis.
analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- pipeline management: manage the sales pipeline efficiently by tracking leads, opportunities, and follow-ups using crm software.
- market insight: stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to refine sales strategies.
*you must have*:
- 2 to 5 years experience selling services on it company or tech-based company
- capabilities to comunicate and report in english
- previous experience in customer service, account management, or sales, 3 years
- familiarity with crm software (e.g., salesforce) is a plus.
- understanding of basic business principles and customer-centric strategies.
- availability to travel (25%- 40% of time)
- proven track record of success in service sales or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or sales roles.
- strong understanding of the service industry, market dynamics, and customer needs.
- excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- ability to travel within the assigned region as needed.
- proficiency in crm software and ms office suite.
