- defines and proposes strategies that allow the emotional and labor stability of employees, as well as provide them with all kinds of support they require.
- provides support to identify and solve the various problems related to employees, as well as prevent those that limit the operation of the areas in the different geographical areas and locations that make up the company's operating network.
- defines and proposes strategies for the labor stability of the company and the fulfillment of obligations within the framework of labor laws in mexico.
- establishes as the channel of contact between the company and the human resources areas with internal clients, and promote efficiency in the areas by providing support and services in a personal and expeditious manner.
- coordinates and controls the process of progressive discipline within the company, in coordination with the avp, human resources and with the leaders of the other areas, in order to maintain the job stability that the company requires.
- organizes and coordinates the investigations and reports on all those cases or complaints about violations of the company's rules and policies, which are received through various electronic means, from the company's own employees and / or from people outside the company. same, until its total conclusion or clarification, as well as define and propose the relevant measures in each case.
- coordinates and follows-up in coordination with the legal department and the external labor lawyers, those cases and demands of a labor, family and criminal case, which put the company's labor, criminal and administrative stability at risk.
- coordinates the develops and updating of manuals, regulations and policies on human resources and labor, which allow maintaining an order within the company and, at the same time, keep the company within the mexican laws and regulations that are applicable in these matters.
- reviews the mexican labor law or any reform that could impacts the organization. (labor speaking) regarding labor related situations.
- coordinates and directs the organization and development events that allow the recreation of employees and their families, in favor of a better and healthier work and personal life inside and outside the company.
- supports other human resources areas, when deemed appropriate, in the development of their functions and in the follow-up of matters related to employees, in the locations where the company operates.
- performs periodic tours in the locations where the company maintains operations, in order to support employees in matters related to human resources functions, as well as those of a personal nature, which prevent or limit the development of their functions.
- promotes personal and professional development of their own and their subordinates, through continuous updating and training, which allow them to be at the forefront of human resources and mexican labor laws.

- bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, preferably in a job related major field of study
- minimum seven (7) years of relevant professional experience, including specialized knowledge of a discipline utilized to lead an area of our business, or equivalent combination of education and experience
