El squid roe is looking for a highly organized and proactive community manager to join our dynamic team. This full-time role focuses on managing and engaging with our community across our social media channels. You will be responsible for scheduling content and ensuring our social media presence aligns with our campaigns. You’ll also manage direct community interaction, responding to messages, comments, and customer reviews. Ensuring prompt, friendly, and professional responses is key to fostering positive relationships with both locals and visitors.
your main duties will include programming content that has been created by our team of photographers and videographers, ensuring it’s posted at the right time and aligned with our current marketing initiatives. You will collaborate closely with the content creators to ensure consistency, while also ensuring that all posts reflect our unique brand voice.
the role will also involve executing campaigns, monitoring performance, and optimizing posts for maximum engagement. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for using tools like google drive, notion, and sked social to stay organized and keep track of scheduling, workflows, and campaign progress.
fluency in both spanish and english is required, and a solid understanding of the nightlife and entertainment industry in cabo san lucas will be essential for crafting content that resonates with both our local audience and tourists.
