- high school degree or equivalent
- proficient in written and spoken english

- handle customer inquiries telephonically, answer calls with a friendly, upbeat attitude
- verify insurance coverage and information
- register new patients by gathering pertinent information and entering into the system
- data entry and maintenance of customer databases
