Job description
define and implement the project governance model and associated roles and responsibilities across all opcos, global functions, and the central project management office in the assigned region. This is in a complex environment with a large group of central, regional, and opco stakeholders.
role & responsibilities
1. develop and maintain a project/program plan, highlighting upcoming landmark dates.
2. support the regional program manager.
3. liaise with the regional transition teams, global functions, and regions to establish priorities and agree on solutions.
4. monitor, track, and report project progress to the business partners against planned tollgate deliverables.
5. ensure actions, issues, and risks are identified and effectively handled.
6. deliver workstream objectives to support the realization of program targets.
key experience and behaviors
1. fluent english is a must.
2. 10+ years of experience in the field of expertise: program/project management in complex environments, pmo experience.
3. in-depth knowledge of project management methodology & agile way of working.
