summary of job:
- ensure harmony between the company, workers, and union, to promote productivity.
- warranty all relationships of the company with unions, federal and local ministers and federations are within the legal frame.
- to mantain and develop a highly qualified and motivated human resource.
- ensure compliance with internal rules and procedures of the company.
essential duties and responsibilities:
- update the company on the latest laws and regulations related to hr management.
- represent the company before the labor ministry and social security institute.
- negotiate wage increases, benefits, and conditions with the union.
- negotiate labor conflicts such as strikes, stoppages or dismissals, as well as the appropriate mediations in courts, in order to preserve the wellness of the company.
- creation and observance of the employer - employees
- carry out the on boarding process to the company.
- to participate in the chambers of commerce which the company is associated with.
- aid labor authorities in audits.
- attention and solution to complaints, reports, cases, and non-conformities of workers.
- ensure that approved employees' handbook and internal work regulations are duly observed by all the staff.
- attention to social security st-7 & st-9 cases.
- develop and monitor overall hr strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures.
- supervise and support the recruitment process at all levels, as well as audit that the hiring process is properly documented.
- maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
- oversee and manage a performance evaluation system that helps to meet the expected goals and prepare the training needs analysis.
- establish and analyze management indicators and formulate strategies in accordance with best practices.
- to plan, manage and evaluate the activities and actions of the hr department, aligning with objectives and policies of the company.
- identify the circumstances that generate problems for staff and supply recommendations for improvement.
- keep a daily record of recruitment and requisitions of personnel, as well as an employee management report referring to overtime rate, training, absenteeism, etc.
- prepare the yearly proposal increase salary.
*salary*: $30,000 pesos before taxes and law benefits
monday to friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

qualification or educational requirements:
1.
bachelor's degree in labor law, business administration or any related field.
2.
at least, 5 years of relevant experience as hr manager or similar position.
