we invite you to join the schneider manufacturing & continuous improvement team, where the key function is to increase the productivity of the plant in labor and indirect materials through the correct application of the lean and sps schneider performance system methodologies, as well as the realization of improvement projects aligned with the strategy of the area; meeting the objectives of space, productivity, ergonomics and safety. Likewise, the manufacturing and continuous improvement engineer promotes solutions that support the smart factory strategy.
responsibilities
* responsible for the manufacturing of a set of lines, providing the necessary elements to work safely, ergonomically, and productively.
* deploy lean methodologies in its lines: vsm, line architecture design methodology ladm, material providing handling mph, six sigma dmaic, epei, line balancing, fmea, kaizen, mtm2, and capacity management cama.
* monitor efficiency indicators, ke, oee, nee, ie, and take actions to improve the efficiency and capacity of the line.
* lead planning, developing, and executing projects that improve the productivity of production lines through the implementation of sps and lean methodologies.
* lead capex projects (investment projects, capacity increase).
* train, develop, and coach staff on lean manufacturing principles.
* work with minimal supervision and guidance, exercising discretion and independent judgment.

* advanced level of english, mandatory; able to hold conversations with a high level of complexity.
