*your responsibilities*:
- partnering with business leaders to grasp goals and improvement needs in order to define a course of action.
- working with business leaders to identify and access the best resources with which to work.
- serving as a resource for customers' continuous improvement efforts and stay there until they can sustain the work themselves.
- providing visibility over the current portfolio of continuous improvement efforts and tracking kpis and value from these efforts to help allocate resources and recognize success.
- driving cultural transformation with a hands-on ("gemba") approach.
- promoting behavioral change to continuously improve function performance through programs and initiatives.
- ensuring that your area of responsibility is organized, staffed, skilled and directed, and developing the skills to create a highly effective and efficient team.
*your background*:
- bachelor´s degree in industrial engineering, it degree or related.
- 5 years of experience working in similar position.
- knowledge of sap, project management and process management.
- experience with switchboards and finance is a plus.
- availability to travel (15%).
- advanced level of english.
- a collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills.
