About the role:
we are looking for a host experience specialist to join us at landing! In this role, you will ensure that our hosts' (independent contractors) questions and concerns are taken care of quickly and efficiently and that they complete their jobs up to landing standards.

our host management team leads the way to make sure that our hosts have a world-class experience throughout their landing journey. Our host experience specialists respond to the host’s questions and concerns throughout the day. You’ll get to work with a tight-knit, fun group of people who are passionate about creating an incredible experience for our hosts.
what you’ll do:
* deliver exceptional support to landing’s network of independent contractors (hosts).
* communicate with hosts as they perform cleanings, installations, and other home services for our members.
* hire new hosts and expand our talent network across the country.
* assist with questions relating to home access, host policies, and best practices, and any unforeseen circumstances that arise during host jobs.
* make sure that host jobs are completed with a high standard of excellence.
what you need:
* fluent english (native - bilingual).
* strong communication skills, both written and via phone.
* ability to work a flexible, rotating schedule which could consist of anywhere between 7 am - 9 pm as well as 1-2 weekends per month.
* ability to work in-office at our mexico city office.
* 1+ years of delivering exceptional service.
* well organized and able to use different administrative tools simultaneously.
* kind, self-motivated, and hardworking, with a history of achieving targets.
* customer-focused approach to problem-solving.
* ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
