ensure the enablon system is used for product/process changes
ensure the basis of safety is known widely through use of the auditing process
provide safety, health, environmental, and security training
engage broader team through use of mhm sli engagements on a regular basis
quality
verify products and processes through development and review of procedures and manufacturing specifications
support product scaling via plant/equipment commissioning
business support
provide support to business project process for all regional projects
lead all hot and reactive ground and nox fume management activity and maintain all required supporting documentation
technology & innovation
foster innovative cost savings activities/opportunities
collect competitive product/activity information
problem solving
lead root cause analysis for product complaints/failures
utilize and maintain database knowledge for reference and documentation of all product failures and investigations
lead all product complaint investigations through use of c4c system following proper protocols
training
*qualifications*
- science or chemical engineering graduate
- bilingual (spanish and english)
- management development skills training (desirable) including:
targeted selection, kt problem solving, root cause analysis, coaching, she, hazard awareness, hazard study
- typical experience: 2-5 years in a technical stream, operations or sales experience is desirable.
