the opportunity:
the role of the sc ops assoc analyst is to equip the team by processing data, building a bridge between demand planning and finance, while also supporting our largest business in central america for growth, ensuring the timely and adequate support on forecast accuracy, procurement needs, p&l and market performance.
your impact:
as sc ops assoc analyst your functions would consist of:
1. p&l analysis, consolidation of sales, etc.
2. lead the ar collection process to avoid any business disruption by constant monitoring and follow-up with the bottler.
3. ensure lipton/tea concentrate supply forecast is aligned with bottlers and ibm.
4. execute purchase orders for operations, track payments and update budget execution.
5. track and analyze performance such as volume reports and kpis like distribution/coverage, vpo, pricing, etc.
6. support cam bdm to control (and influence) both unilateral and coop a&m budget.
who are we looking for?
* bachelor degree in business administration, finance, logistic or industrial engineer
* proven analytics skills (proficiency of excel is a must, power bi ideal)
* strong attention to detail, as a high level of accuracy is required.
* fluent bilingually in english & spanish both reading and writing.
* strong presentations and communication skills and be able to interface with all levels of management.
* holistic business perspective, inc. financial acumen with operative mindset
* excellent leadership skills, able to identify, gain trust & engage with key stakeholders to share their info (ie bottlers’ data)
* high level e.i and ability to build strong relationships with, and manage culturally diverse groups of people from two distinctive corporate.
