it insures that the physical office and facilities and disciplines are in place to promote a safe, healthy and fun work environment.
this position acts as a point of contact for related queries from facilities vendors and contractors and also employees.
additionally it assists the payroll lead with payroll processes, and it acts as a backup when needed.
experience, skills & characteristics
- 2-3 years of professional working experience, preferably in office management/event management
- bachelor's degree in administration of related field
- excellent comunication skills with a problem-solving mindset
- organized
- proactive attitude
- intermediate english level
