1. collaborate with engineering and commercial team to define the most competitive equipment (performance / cost) portfolio in the market and the best sla.
2. coach to service team in any technical doubt about operation, installations, and service.
3. define the service and installation models at country level.
4. management over the main p& lines: dosing equipment – free goods and technical service.
5. management of technical service kpi.
6. achieve the objective of 0 claims of the services or facilities carried out.
7. report installation status to sales force.
8. benchmark between countries.
9. training to all technical team.
10. supervision of project implementations.
11. installation guide by equipment, final cost by country.
12. training, service and installation program agenda by country.
13. testing new equipment with engineering team.
14. propose improvement of spare parts to reduce turnover.
15. getting control of all processes related to services orders and equipment.
