- bachelor's degree in information systems or related areas or a minimum of 5 years of experience with the large international manufacturing industry and / or manufacturing execution systems administration / implementation.

- experience working with it projects and it product roadmap development.
- familiar with google suite (docs, spreadsheets, presentation, calendar, and gmail)
- experience writing user-facing and business-facing requirement documents.
- excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

- experience interfacing with non-native english speakers is desired.
