You act as the bridge between management and employees to ensure the workplace nurtures productivity and growth. responsabilidades
the hr generalist (employee relations) has the main responsibility to ensure healthy relations between the company, union and personnel. In addition this position has the responsibility to ensure the compliance to the federal labor law, collective contract, code of ethics among other relevant regulations.
1. ensure healthy relations and communication between company, union and employees
2. ensure compliance with federal labor law, collective contract, code of ethics and other applicable regulations
3. manage the discipline standards across all types of employees including visitors and contractors
4. ensure the delivery of high quality services to the personnel such as cafeteria, transportation, etc.
5. determine work shifts as per the law
6. analyze and propose action plans for the continuous improvement of hr metrics
7. generate hr metrics such as turnover and absenteeism
8. responsible for management and follow up to labor suits
9. responsible for the annual collective contract negotiation and profit share process
10. ensure the working conditions are safe and adequate for the personnel
requisitos
knowledge - federal labor law, social security law, tax law. Candidates must have previously worked in operations (warehouse or plants) settings.
education - bachelor in business administration, psychology, industrial engineering or related.
experience - +3 years of experience managing employee relations in companies over 500 employees.
lixil competencies - results driven, responsibility, customer centrality, accuracy, reliability.
ability - to communicate in english.
