about the role:
we are looking for a motivated and results-driven sales assistant to join our team. This entry-level position is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about sales, client management, and administrative support in a dynamic environment.
responsibilities:
* support client management and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers.
* update customer databases and track business opportunities.
* prepare and manage documents, reports, and presentations using microsoft office tools.
* coordinate schedules and set up client meetings.
* follow up on leads and sales opportunities.
* collaborate with the sales team to ensure business objectives are met.
* provide excellent customer service with a professional approach.
requirements:
* bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field.
* strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* proficiency in microsoft office (word, excel, powerpoint, outlook).
* excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
* conversational english (preferred).
