provide reporting to track sla's, kpi's, and financial indicators.invoice to cash (itc) process optimization: analyze data from sap ecc, bw, and other systems to understand accounts receivable trends and identify process improvements across cash application, deductions, and collections.cross-functional collaboration & business insights: work closely with sales, finance, logistics, and global gbs teams to identify trends, perform root cause analysis, and recommend strategies for financial efficiency.process & technology improvement: partner with it teams to identify and implement technology enhancements that support data analysis and reporting objectives.
promote a data-driven culture through self-service data hubs.innovation & continuous improvement: identify opportunities for cost savings, operational excellence, and automation in itc processes.
act as a consultant to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a seamless customer experience.we're looking for someone withbachelor's degree in finance, business administration, data analytics, or a related field.experience with financial data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence tools (power bi, sql, tableau, excel).understanding of sap ecc and bw, specifically in accounts receivable, and the ability to interpret financial data flows.strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify trends and propose business solutions.excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams across different functions and leadership levels.experience in process automation and continuous improvement initiatives within finance or shared service environments.fluent english (written and spoken) for interaction with global stakeholders.what's nextafter you apply, your application will be reviewed by a real recruiter, so it may take us a few weeks to get back with you by email or phone.
