known for leadership development, we aim to empower individuals to reach their full potential.role description :this role is responsible for the accounting and reporting of ifrs and statutory numbers, preparation of local vat/cit filings and statistical reporting for innio's legal entities in latin america.essential responsibilities :in this role your tasks will be:preparing annual financial statements compliant with local accounting and tax policies.preparing and collecting the data required for statutory and tax audits.preparing and submitting accurate statutory filings including vat, intrastat, ec sales list, and other local reporting according to country-specific requirements and deadlines.leading country-specific balance sheet and p&l reviews, identifying risks, developing risk mitigation actions, and proactively communicating to innio accounting and tax leadership.managing the relationship with external auditors and collaborating with the broader finance team in driving completion of audit requirements.business partner with various in-country functions including close alignment with legal entity managing director(s).preparing / reviewing account reconciliations.coordinating and overseeing general accounting activities and ability to interact actively within own team and other related teams.accounting lead in projects.maintaining as well as enhancing existing processes.main point of contact for local authorities.qualification requirements :bachelor/master's degree in finance/accounting/business or certified management accountant.3 – 6 years of experience specifically in the accounting and tax (cit, vat) area at a multinational/manufacturing/consulting company and/or audit firm.excellent knowledge of national and international accounting standards (ifrs, local gaap, and taxes).ability to work in multi-cultural teams with offshore locations.strong analytic skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives, and drive positive change.flexible and works well with deadlines.very good communicator, oral and in writing.fluent in english & spanish.very good oracle/other erp experience.excellent excel skills, experienced with large sets of data.#j-18808-ljbffr
