support the planning and execution of the insurance and risk management strategy and lead the back-office activities of the in-house insurance broker agency (qualion).
main responsibilities
1. related to the in-house insurance broker agency. Responsible for commission billing, payments scheduling in sap, audits management, analytics, and monthly reports. Also is the liaison with the ges team that prepares the accounting. Supports the overall strategy execution of the agency with analysis of the renewals, product research, benchmarks, communications, and customer service.
2. related to the planning and execution of the risk management strategy: provide analytics support for the placement and administration of global insurance programs such as property, marine, marine p&i, casualty, among others. Provide analytics support for the placement and administration of insurance programs in mexico such as medical, life and dental, as well as mobile equipment, surety bonds, infrastructure projects, among others. Provide support in the management of complex claims.

qualifications
7. fluent in spanish and english (speaking and writing)
8. proficient in microsoft office suite (word, excel, powerpoint)
9. bachelor’s degree plus 2 to 4 years of work experience in finance, planning, insurance, or equivalent areas.
10. technical skills for this role include proficiency in software for data collection and presentation, advanced excel capabilities, aptitude in articulating data-driven decisions, proficiency in summarizing and presenting data, and staying abreast of the latest innovations and trends in the insurance industry.
