*what will you be doing?

- lead brand´s strategy for annual plan (aop) identifying key brand pillars & initiatives to drive equity, growth and profit targets (alongside with brand´s sr.
manager).
- responsible of integrated communications development process under "total connection plan" in order to continue building on brand´s equity evolution by developing relevant programs to drive impactful communication campaigns that result in brand kpi's improvement aligned with defined a&m budget.
- lead brand insights/data agenda to guarantee the information needed on-time to analyze competitive moves and understand key category dynamics by requesting research (consumer/shopper/markets), analyzing data and defining data-driven business strategies.
- holistic understanding of the key business drivers of the category (consumer, shopper, trade, costs, p&l, media roi) to recommend strategies and plans.
- full understanding of brand positioning and brand building (brand health, brand diamond, brand tribe) to build brand strategy to drive affinity and relevance within the c&c category.
- media plan understanding (digital & tv)
- manage key partners relationship with internal & external agencies and teams.
- talent management and development to achieve optimal team performance.
qualifications:

- 3-4 years of experience with innovation/brand/marketing in fmcg companies
- strategic and analytical thinking
- consumer, competitor and market understanding to formulate strategic insights.
- manage marketing plans development and execution
- understand key leverage points (volume, product cost, a&m, etc.)
of the p&l
- multiple project management skills
- deep digital and analytical capability (nielsen, iscam)
- good relationship skills, both internally and externally, to achieve strong partnership and collaboration.
- fluent written and spoken english
