you will support multiple functions in the mexicali plant as human resources are focused on the window project.
furthermore, you will support the operations of the finance team by participating in specific strategic cross functional projects

- *problem solving and improvement*: process improvement changes for the finance business and analytical and problem solving support for finance team and business partners
- * assitance with projects*: assist finance management with special projects and continuous improvement opportunities to drive long term results as well as ork alongside plant leadership and operations to complete day to day tasks
- * recovery and consolidation of information*: support in recovery and consolidation of documentation to support fixed assets in the mexicali plant
- * inventory support*: support in spare part/obsolete/slow moving inventory reduction
- * support in project*: support in window project follow up activities
*your recipe for success*
- bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related degree; with 2+ years related work experience
- computer skills, including strong proficiency with microsoft office excel
- english is a must
- strong analytical, problem solving, decision making, and communication skills
- focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- working effectively in a virtual and physical team environment
