*responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned*:- plans, directs, and monitors the day-to-day activities of the sales team within a specified region/district/geography to achieve established sales targets.- coordinates with internal departments (e.g.
sales and marketing) in identifying business development projects and commercial strategies, and implement those strategies for existing and potential accounts- develops and maintains strong relationships with all key account personnel and relevant functions to support selling, market development, service efforts and clinical programs.- assesses need for the addition of new selling programs and processes, conducts competitive analysis, and implements strategies within the medical technology sector and the organization to increase market share- coaches sales representatives on the technical aspects of the organization's products and services; on marketing campaigns and sales promotions; and on sales techniques, procedures, and standards that will help them achieve their sales targets.- lead cross-departmental projects focused on market development opportunities.- supervise patient service representatives, ensuring high-quality and efficient care.- improve service processes, enhance the patient experience through data analysis, and consolidate comprehensive databases that support informed decision-making and continuous process optimization*required knowledge and experience*:- bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, healthcare, data analysis, or similar fields.- minimum of 5 years of experience in market development, marketing, and customer/patient service, preferably in the medical technology sector.- sales experience and commercial strategy execution: leverage prior sales experience to develop and implement strategies that drive product/therapy and service sales, aligning with market needs
