we are looking for an experienced inside sales manager to oversee and support our inside sales representatives team.the inside sales manager will work together with a high-performance sales team to achieve specific sales goals.
this role will lead and motivate the sales team, monitor sales metrics and manage the entire sales administration process.requirements:
fully fluent in english language at least 3 years of experience managing an inside sales team coaches and trains new reps on best practices for coldcalling and inside sales write scripts and finds creative ways to handle customer objections monitoring outbound metrics of each rep and ensuring that they achieve their targets hiring new reps and training them to be the best experience with high volume and lower value sales selling into the smb category experience with b2b sales and cold calling ideally within the tech/software/travel industry.
