*your role at clorox*:
we are looking for a brand manager that plays the role of a leader that has full control of the second largest business for north latam region (mexico, panama, costa rica, puerto rico & caricom). The brands she / he will be managing are: poett, mistolín, sanipine, lestoil, pinesol and the recently launched clorox dilutable. 80% of the business is locally produced.
*in this role, you will*:
- category, market and competitors data gathering and analysis to be translated into new business opportunities
- lead and execute local and regional innovation/activities to ensure on time and successful business results.
- full control of marketing budget. Assure that all investment plans are aligned with brand priorities
- lead business plan. Develop and deliver financial forecast assumptions (pricing, innovation, category and share projection, upsides, downsides & choices)
- team work with multifunctional team to assure volume demand, supply and customer opportunities are maximize
*what we look for*:
*years and type of experience*:
- 1 year minimum as brand manager in fmcg industry
- 4 years minimum experience in marketing with some background in sales / trade marketing
- english advanced
- ms word, excel, power point expert
- data analysis: market and financial (consumer databases and p&l understanding)
