This position involves developing strategies and documenting processes to ensure compliance with import/export regulations, building and maintaining trade routes, and facilitating the company's expansion into new markets.key responsibilities:conduct detailed research on regulatory requirements for import/export in new and existing markets.develop and maintain a comprehensive database of import regulations and compliance requirements.work closely with internal teams and external partners to facilitate the import process.prepare and submit necessary documentation for product registration and importation.monitor regulatory changes and update internal teams and processes accordingly.serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory inquiries and issues.develop and implement compliance training programs for relevant staff.engage cross-functionally with various teams to integrate and execute comprehensive business plans.minimum requirements:strong knowledge of international regulatory standards.a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in regulatory affairs or international trade.detailed understanding of global import/export regulations.strong organizational and project management skills.excellent communication and interpersonal skills.ability to interpret and apply regulatory guidelines and policies.proficiency in regulatory software.english c1.nice to haves:experience with selling into markets including india, china, uae, brazil, mexico, and australia.knowledge of the beauty industry would be a strong advantage.additional information:salary range: $1800 - $2500 gross per month, depending on experience.remote work with the possibility to work from anywhere you want.flexible working hours.full-time permanent contract.paid vacation (22 working days + 14 banking holidays).private health care.annual company retreats.work in a young and friendly team.
