monitor the effectiveness of existing policies, processes, and practices, making recommendations where appropriate to position the organization to attract and retain top talent.- comply with iso 9001-2015 requirements; this applies to all functions in the facility.- calculate and evaluate the cost of the contract agreement for budget planning process.- administer, supervise and lead the communication program- develop and manage the procedures to fulfill the security programs in the supply chain according c-tpat and neec.- provide guidance and support on employee relations, performance and disciplinary issues as well as strategic hr support to line managers to ensure that hr strategy and activities are aligned to help achieve business goals.- diagnose hr needs of internal customers and provide advice on the best approach to manage hr related issues.- work with leaders and site hr teams to plan, implement and monitor hr projects in employee engagement, corporate social responsibility (csr) and others to improve employee experience.- work with leaders and site hr teams to link employee opinion survey results with employee engagement plans and the employment value proposition.- help to drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives at the site.- offer leadership, coaching, and support to the management team and employees for all human resources needs
