mission: guarantee right and timely customer invoicing of products and services by application of accurate prices and commercial conditions.
key expected achievements
1. identifies rejections and manages the correction in the information system.
2. conducts data cleaning to rid the system of old, unused data, duplicate or incorrect data.
3. captures customer’s requests & claims related to commercial terms and conditions and prices.
4. analyses and provides issue resolution or appropriate answer.
5. contacts, follows up and closes the loop with customer.
6. performs root cause analysis and implements corrective actions to eliminate reoccurrences.
7. shares recurring problems with the relevant internal partner(s) in order to find solutions.
8. ensures the traceability of financial transactions, regardless type of payment, to answer to audits requirements.
9. produces and archives all supporting materials according to the rules in force in the territory covered.
10. applies legal, fiscal and internal control rules (including embargo’s rules).
11. recommends actions and evolutions to improve the efficiency of work methods, internal control compliance and customer satisfaction.
required qualifications:
1. bachelor’s degree in international business or related.
2. advanced english.
