In this role, your responsibilities will be:
* travel to customer locations to diagnose and repair equipment according to branson specifications.
* conduct training programs on branson technologies as requested by clients.
* provide remote technical support via telephone or email.
* identify and resolve tooling setup issues on client production lines.
* apply policies and strategies to achieve short-term results (1 year or less).
* manage moderately complex technical challenges and provide effective solutions.
* serve as a point of contact for clients, influencing decisions related to procedures, practices, and policies.
who you are:
* service-oriented and skilled in building strong client relationships.
* an effective communicator with excellent written and verbal english skills.
* detail-oriented and able to manage complex troubleshooting under pressure.
* comfortable with travel and adaptable to diverse environments.
for this role, you will need:
* a degree in engineering (automation, electrical, electronics, or mechanical).
* 1–3 years of relevant technical experience.
* strong electro-mechanical skills, including electrical and electronic expertise.
* ability to read and interpret design and layout drafting.
* proven ability to troubleshoot equipment and processes in the field.
* a valid driver’s license and u.s. visa.
* physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
preferred qualifications that set you apart:
* experience working in customer-facing roles or technical support.
* familiarity with ultrasonic equipment or similar technologies.
