*responsibilities*the hr operations manager role is responsible for leading core processes around productivity initiatives (i.e.
severances).
this role will also lead all facets of the severance programs, including hrbp training, quarterly reporting, coordinating with local sector teams/coe and pwc.
*accountabilities*- severance accountabilities- project managing global productivity projects & company funded restructuring activities (e.g., atlantic, odyssey+, atlas, gbs, etc.
).- lead the coordination of approx.
$200mm in annual productivity activities across 10 sub-functions consisting primarily of sr. Dir level & above team members within a tight timeframe.- productivity activities include design, project plan, training materials, communications, development of key documents/agreements/packages, vendor management, etc.
; - review and reconcile period and quarterly reports for controls to ensure accuracy for internal and external reporting (impacted list, severance costs, retirement costs, lti, accruing entity, etc.
); - update global g&a costestimate models for l1-lg8 across 80 countries; and- ensure quarterly reporting of hourly severances to controls.- provide guidance and leadership support to gbs- car program accountabilities- develop reports, dashboards, and processes to monitor programs- analyze program effectiveness and efficiency while providing recommendations for continuous improvement- provide guidance and leadership support to gbs*key relationships*- interact closely with sector total rewards coe, relationship management teams, and hr business partners- work with other total reward coe leaders and key stakeholders to ensure cohesive program policy, governance, and exception managementcovid-19 vaccination is a condition of employment for this role.
