*y*position type* management*job summary*the director of brand marketing for premium and all-inclusive brands in the caribbean and latin america (cala) oversees the development, production, and tactical implementation of marketing strategies.develops and oversees the execution of marketing strategies that align with cala goals.
partners closely with brand leaders at regional, continental, and global levels, as well as other discipline stakeholders, to create comprehensive marketing tactical plans.
identifies incremental marketing opportunities and collaborates in the development of the annual marketing plan to achieve both short- and long-term objectives.
*candidate profile*education and experience*- required_- 4-year degree from an accredited university in business administration, marketing and/or advertising required; advanced degree in business or related area preferred- 8+ years of relevant experience in marketing, loyalty, brand, or a comparable professional area- fluency in english and spanish required.- preferred_- advanced degree in business or related area a plus.- fluency in portuguese a plus.- director-level experience preferred.- experience managing premium brand marketing.- experience managing all-inclusive brand marketing.
*core work activities*brand & loyalty marketing*- partner with global brand marketing and cala marketing and loyalty stakeholders to ensure delivery of efficient and effective marketing plans that boost brand awareness and drive preference.- develop a robust marketing plan that prioritizes premium and all-inclusive brand presence/localization, drives awareness, and increases brand health.
ensuring alignment with global brand leaders.- collaborate in the development of annual budgets and manage an assigned budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing roi.- analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for brand growth and differentiation.- monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and achieve kpis.- oversee the launch of new partnerships, campaigns, and offerings; use direct channels andoffers to drive direct bookings and enrollments; and evolve and optimizepromotions to create revenue growth and member engagement.- manage the positioning, brand guidelines, and creative development of the premium and all-inclusive portfolio.- oversee and approve brand photography, content, and assets, as applicable.- foster strong relationships with external partners, including agencies and partners to amplify brand reach and impact
