Overviewthis position reports to: patricia fernándezrecruiter: zulema riverasite: las fuentesthe role:the specialist, workforce planning will work closely with our resource managers and regional partners collaborating in resource planning, headcount management, and strategic allocation of resources to projects by generating hours reports and data analysis.
this role will be responsible for driving efficiency while maintaining a workload balance within project management and creative teams by providing daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly hours forecasts based on data insights to optimize the organization's daily operations, ensuring successful project delivery and streamlined processes.with the assistance of the traffic specialist, gbs and the region will have the necessary information to plan resources according to bandwidth, balance the workload, and request additional headcount if needed.
responsibilities will include collaborating with the regional program manager, resource managers, and other analysts on daily monitoring to extract information, create reports based on findings, oversee key performance indicators, and forecast resource needs to ensure business initiatives' success.

- 4+ years of experience in process improvement, working as a traffic analyst or workforce planning, coordinator, or specialist in an advertising agency or other relevant experience (e.g., business intelligence)education:
- bachelor's degree in administration, finance, or industrial engineering.preferred qualifications:(note: these are additional requirements beyond what is required to be considered for the role.)
- preferably: 3+ years' experience in a sales & marketing environment
