you will learn about steelcase business processes, understand what the business needs from technology, understand corporate design standards, and then create experiences that meet those needs.
you will work with high-caliber colleagues who will sharpen your skills of building industrial solutions that are flexible and powerful to meet ever-changing business needs.
you will be collaborating extensively with other it professionals and with business leaders, building relationships with them.- follow coding standards and look for opportunities to improve code quality and system performance- research and implement image optimization strategies- understand and implement responsive ui/ux designs supporting multiple screen sizes- meet with the design team to understand and refine mockups- develop front end ui to match design files- be an active member of a scrum team.
you'll provide input on technical details, review/decompose/write story cards, participate in scrum events, and occasionally demo your work to stakeholders.- understand and maintain proper security controls including interacting with automated security scanning tools and third-party penetration testing.- complete production support is required- ability to work effectively with mínimal supervision.- uphold steelcase core values.
