to foster a quality-based culture and drive standardization, throughout the plant, by leading read-across actions and auditing for compliance.
to lead in the development, deployment, execution and migration of quality initiatives, standards, procedures and methods that align with the corporate quality strategy and initiatives.
the quality manager, provides guidance and maintains positive communication with the plant / quality director and corporate management (customers, employees when needed).- lead, manage and develop the department's human resources- plan and direct internal and external quality audit procedures- manage material and physical resources to ensure compliance with quality processes- planning of the iatf 16949 quality management system in the plant- planning of measurement activities, physical and micrographic tests of the productive material in the plant, including maintenance activities and inspection status and testing of equipment and measurement instrumentation as well as laboratory equipment- support systems, processes and people so that no product is shipped if it does not meet quality requirements- authorize the use and disposition of the department's budget- compliance with customer quality regulations.- continuous improvement of processes and quality systems.- secure core tools administration- response to customer requirements- quality management in the different areas, inspection-receipt, laboratory, production floor, customers, suppliers, quality management system.
