*your tasks*:
- maintain customer specific database systems and brose sap systems (sales orders, delivery notes, invoicing/shipments, isp, etc ) - is expert in customer poral usage
- support annual sales planning strategy by updating the details of future business projections into our database (isp, mid).
- follows up open invoices/payments in alignment with account manager and finance
- manages oem tooling invoicing in alignment with account manager and according to brose standards - organize invoices, asset tags and photos for audit, prepare customer documents, follow up with customer
- records management - customer contracts (tooling / pc price / prototype)
- manages commercial change management documentation between customer and brose, incl. Gecos, sap, customer change management system - tracks and closes open topics
- assist account managers with new business proposals, develop and prepare quotations for new and service business, market analysis, benchmarking, presentations
- manages directed parts pricing and change management process (gecos/customer process) in alignment with purchasing and account manager - including potential alignment with customer and brose finance
*your profile*:
- bachelor degree
- 2 to 3 years of prior experience in industrial support function (customer service, sales support, back office functions)
- english fluent
- experience in automotive industry preferred
