this is a hybrid role.
responsibilities
support strategically important global programs by providing data as service by:
supporting program and business stakeholders in understanding the necessity of standardized, harmonised data management practices that are supporting client strategy
acting as a guardian of the standard methodology.
responsible tdrive timely deployment of various deliverables within the program space, as per road map and schedule.
will be assigned tsupport specific program(s), were expected tproactively and independently deliver agreed objectives, operate within allocated track, drive your assigned tasks, collaborate with team members.
you will provide support for various objectives that might reach across multiple data management areas – as per program needs and your capabilities. For example, data process design, data modeling, deployment, migration, governance, integration, standardization.
you will collaborate closely are regularly with other data transformation office (dto) members as well as with many other data management office (dmo) teams tensure standard approach, follow agreed methodology, and comply with client data policies and standards, and global processes for data.
identify and engage with all key stakeholders tbe involved directly or indirectly tensure the success of your deliverables within the programme.
drive and support the intake (gather, agree, and clarify requirements) for data scope and deployment plan of the program for the relevant area (e.g., data migration, data governance, data cleansing, etc.).
provide high quality and timely analysis from a range of different sources, coordinate change impact assessment for the proposed changes towards target state.
report deviations and secure corrective actions are planned, executed, and monitored.
design, validate, test the target design, ensure signoff and approvals within the correct governance bodies of the program, but alswithin the relevant dmteams where applicable.
align applicable topics across relevant other dmteams, global process and data owners, and other counterparts, finding synergies, efficiencies, opportunities for harmonization where possible.
support change management and communications activities from a data point of view.
acts as data sme for the topics/areas that you cover, share information, and provide knowledge transfers tpeers across organisation.
secure that all work is documented in a timely manner, standard in line with blueprint methodology.
contribute towards the end-to-end planning and deliverables, drive your tasks until completion. Report risks, interdependencies, issues and blockers tthe track lead of the program.
monitor the work-stream delivery against plans and objectives on a periodic (weekly and, where necessary, daily) basis.
create and provide training for data related topics tall relevant stakeholders. Conduct organizational change management tensure the program team and the extended community is trained and executing per standard approach and rules of data management when needed.
resolve any process and data issues for the program in a timely manner, develop and execute root cause remediation strategies for data issues.
qualifications
minimum required skills
* functional skills: data manameemt knowledge,and organization skills, analytical and conceptual thinking.
* stakeholder management skills: managing different stakeholder groups across functions and operating companies with communication skills.
* training and change management skills: conducting trainings, developing training materials and supporting change tnew ways of working.
* process improvement skills: problem solving and analytical skills for identifying and contributing process improvements.
specific functional skills & experience
* university bsc business degree/ management information systems/ computer or information science, or actual work experience in related discipline.
* experience in data management with exposure or participation in change management, program program/project management at global or regional level.
preferred
qualifications
:
* experience in support role for data and process improvement initiatives, supporting setting up data strategies and policies, participating in mapping out data management processes, preparing training materials, training users,
* familiarity and operational experience with it systems such as sap, jde, navision, mdm tools, various dashboards, basic understanding of interface between systems,
* experience in stakeholder management, ability tcollaborate and influence without authority across multiple levels of an organization,
* good presentation skills (including material preparation), ability tnavigate ambiguity, flexibility and adaptability.
* experience in fmcg industry is an advantage.
