you will
* support new fw configuration, update or troubleshooting communication, including support to the current 34 vpns.
* assist other it teams, infrastructure, and developers with fw rules needed and troubleshooting inbound and/or outbound communication issues.
* design and review vpn monitoring solutions and suggest and implement performance, reliability, and security enhancements.
* receive tickets/change requests from the development team for dns records addition in cloudflare zones, waf rules, api rate limiting, and traffic analysis.
* assist with releasing emails/attachments in mimecast, set up new policies, and tune existing policies.
* monitor activity from all security solutions (crowdstrike, rapid7, etc.) and record actions and processes.
* assist with troubleshooting security solutions as directed.
* manage and oversee 3rd party managed service providers to ensure alignment to established slas as directed.
* develop and review oversight reporting (ad changes, gpo changes, etc.).
* monitor alerts from various security solutions.
you have
* associates or bachelor’s degree in engineering or cybersecurity.
* 2+ years of experience in cybersecurity function supporting fintech or saas environment.
* experience with tools such as palo alto fws, cloudflare, mimecast, and crowdstrike.
