*overall responsibilities and duties*:
the role of a fes & p engineer is to assist the plant fes & p manager in the activities of a plant and deploy the group's faurecia excellent system (fes) standards.
*the main missions of the role are*:
- using their fes experience, contribute to the building of the site and departmental improvement plans.
- fes principles and standards: managers ensure the correct daily usage of the fes standards; fes specialists ensure fes standards are used.
- transfer their knowledge and experience to plant personnel through, in particular, shopfloor improvement activities.
- report to the plant manager and liaise with division senior fes specialists to ensure their own knowledge of group standards and best practices is developed.
- commitment to the highest ethical standards and willingness to adhere to faurecia's code of ethics and code of management.

*minimum education level*:bachelor's degree (us) in engineering*:
*experience*:
- experience in production in an industrial environment
*skills & competencies*:
- minimum 2, ideally 3 years professional site experience (e.g.
engineer, supervisor, manager level or equivalent).
- has a recognized experience and ability to improve process kpis within a plant department by using fes principles
- degree level education or equivalent in site experience
- good interpersonal relationship skills and trainer's skills
- fluent in english
