the role holder would be responsible for supporting the regional head of global trade and receivables finance (gtrf) business management in the day to day management of the global trade and receivables finance (gtrf) business and in the follow up of key indicators and following up and coordinate with the global trade and receivables finance (gtrf) sales teams.
helping to develop full strategic review and facilitating strategic planning of global trade and receivables finance (gtrf) business performance management including:
manage financials (monthly results, kpis, frp, planning), cost control, strategic presentation for different local, regional and global forums in which the head of global trade and receivables finance (gtrf) participates and sales planning (cme, pipeline, call reports, etc)
development and promotion of an environment that strives towards achieving the highest level of client experience and staff engagement
ensuring alignment with cmb and gtrf global operating models
the role may include direct engagement with global, regional and country stakeholders including senior management and media and internal teams including relevant communication, marketing and policy colleagues
motivates and guides colleagues in order that they perform their roles to the best of their abilities.
assists in managing stakeholder perceptions in order to enhance global trade and receivables finance (gtrfs) image as a critical product partner.
clear understanding of global trade and receivables finance (gtrf) and its strategy, able to set clear priorities and drive delivery of task under pressure within a fast-paced environment assertively leads the preparation of and briefs the head of global trade and receivables finance (gtrf) and heads of sales for key executive boards and committees, highlighting risks and opportunities.
requirements
past working experience in a relevant role, i.e.
business management, finance, strong stakeholder management experience sales, business development and relationship management experience is desirable, with a direct understanding and experience of clients
passion for client experience and delivering fair outcomes for clients
strong organizational and prioritization skills with a proven ability to deliver multiple initiatives with short timescales to a consistently professional standard.
experience working in relevant environment/s, i.e.
detailed understanding of project management methodologies, with a track record of change management is desirable but not essential
set and achieved challenging short, medium and long term goals which exceeded the standards in their field
self-awareness with confidence to work independently and take responsibility for own development
