key responsibilities: -end-to-end recruiting: manage the full recruitment cycle, fromunderstanding role requirements to sourcing candidates, conductinginterviews, extending offers, and overseeing onboarding.
-strategic collaboration: work closely with business managers tounderstand team needs and engage with them on talent pipelinestrategies.
- digital sourcing excellence: leverage the latestdigital tools, including linkedin, job boards, and creativesourcing methods, to find top candidates.
- brand ambassador:represent our company at networking events and university careerfairs, enhancing our employer brand.
- process improvement: leadinitiatives to continuously improve and streamline recruitmentprocesses while collaborating with global talent acquisition teams.who you are - you have a bachelor's degree in human resources,business administration, or a related field.
- you bring 3-5 yearsof recruiting experience, preferably within the industrial sector.- you have a deep understanding of talent acquisition strategies,sourcing, and employer branding.
- you're skilled in directsourcing through linkedin, job boards, networking, and otherchannels.
- you have a proven track record of attracting and hiringtop talent for a wide range of professional roles.
- you are fluentin english (both verbal and written), with excellent communicationand interpersonal skills.
