We call this true workforce dexterity—and we're here to help you achieve it.*the role*:as an ams recruitment coordinator, you will provide efficient and flexible administrative support to the recruitment process as part of the recruitment administration team. To act as the main point of contact for all queries relating to the support function of the account.*key accountabilities*:- managing various administration activities that would be specific to the account and ensuring those are processed in a timely manner- managing various ad-hoc administration activities to support the effective running of the recruitment process- updating the applicant tracking system as and when required and ensure data accuracy at all times- completing daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as required- managing the customers' needs and expectations and working to the service levels agreed with the client- build and maintain strong working relationships between all parties, ensuring that they are continually appraised and updated on the relevant processes.- management of day-to-day queries ensuring all are dealt with in an effective and timely manner and escalated where necessary- completing daily and weekly productivity trackers in a timely and accurate manner.- cooperating with recruiters and hiring managers when required*skills and experience*:- recruitment coordinator experience is ideal- good written and spoken english language skills- good communication skills including telephone manner- good planning and organizing skills- working knowledge of microsoft packages such as outlook, word, exel and teams- can do attitude- teamwork orientated- task orientated- attention to detail*what you will get in return*:here at ams, you have the opportunity to work on projects that integrate across our practice areas, supporting and innovating delivery for our clients.
