*responsibilities*
*the opportunity*
the main objective of the function is to support the operation of human resources in latam, in the employee service area, managing all projects for the activation of new services and to improve current services through automation initiatives.
*your impact*
as the hr ops analyst your scope will consist of:
- pmo: manage projects in their entirety from design to guarantee completion within the defined schedule, including the dashboard, the metrics of performance indicators
- project documentation advise and prepare, together with the project leaders, the project documentation required at each stage.
- centralization: lead the transition processes of the service area for employees ensuring adherence to the methodology and aligned to the 3d box model, ensuring the optimal distribution of workloads, governance and defined methodology.
- automation: management of the rda & wfs project agenda for hr latam initiatives, communication bridge between functional teams and developers for a better understanding of development needs.
- project review: prepare the periodic status of the progress of the project in one pagre

- education:
- bachelor's degree administration, project administration, engineering

- knowledge of project management methodology derisable
- at least have managed a multifunctional project as a pmo
- at least 2 years of experience in functional knowledge for hr processes
- fluent in english and spanish (written & verbal skills), desirable portuguese
- advanced knowledge in excel, power point, word
- demonstrated ability to work with empowerment
- excellent tracking skills
- must have knowledge of performance analysis tasks and be able to work independently in handling equipment and system problems
- attention to detail and highly organized, ability to work independently to meet deadlines
- excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work directly with management (manage with 3 levels above your own organizational level)
