Responsibility for providing accurate and timely sales incentive calculations and payments (sips).
review of team's calculations ensuring accuracy and in line with agreed sales incentive plan targets and definitions

- providing information and support for business decision making and exception processes.
support of the annual sales plan development & implementation
- identify and drive the delivery of key initiatives and process improvement, collaborating with the sales ops team and regional sips (sales incentive payments) leads.
identifying potential issues through analysis and knowledge
- implement changes throughout the year based on new compensation plans for employees or new contracts.
ensure updates are effectively communicated to the team and provide training and coaching as required.
- collaborate with other region leads to ensure alignment of processes and knowledge
- developing and training the team, providing regular feedback and performance reviews

*role requirements and qualifications*:
- bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or economics or relevant finance qualification.
- two or more years of previous experience working in a finance or payroll environment
- fluent in english and at least one other language (french, spanish or portuguese)
- experience in identifying and driving process improvement
- excel intermediate level
