*responsibilities*:
tracking all points of primary care physician (pcp) engagement, addressing customer queries, and identifying ways to improve our pcp services
tracking customer experiences across online and offline channels, devices, and touchpoints and provide local insights
collaborating with i&t, marketing, and sales teams to enhance customer services and awareness
aligning customer experience strategies with marketing initiatives. as well as informing customers about new product features and functionalities
develop a pcp content strategy with a patient 360° focus based on customer segments ensuring xbu synergies
identifying customer needs and taking proactive steps to maintain positive experiences.
Responding to customer queries in a timely and effective manner
analyzing customer feedback on services, as well as preparing reports
performing innovative initiatives tests, evaluate and facilitate improvements
keeping informed of industry trends and new crm technologies.
Follow up to assigned budget and expenses brand allocation for pcp experience
train customer facing roles in the tools, platforms, contents that improve pcp experience
partner with medical to ensure pcp kols engagement in medical education activities
requierements/qualificatios
almost 3 years of marketing experience in similar positions
extensive experience in gathering and interpreting customer experience information.
Solid knowledge of online customer engagement platforms and channels.
Proficiency in ms office, as well as cx and crm software
exceptional interpersonal skills and a client-centered approach.
Great organizational and time management abilities.
Superb communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in english
