*purpose of the position*: be the bridge between talent acquisition teams and it development teams.
will raise opportunities regarding the recruiting / onboarding / pdp modules of successfactors and translate these opportunities to the technical team.
it will be responsible for ensuring that such improvements happen and also for governance.
*experience and knowledge required*:
- bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of relevant experience of business analysis in is/it human resources functional area.
- knowledge of successfactors (specifically the recruiting / onboarding and pdp modules) and sap hcm modules.
- understanding of basic system engineering, information risk and security guidelines, and architecture standards.
- understanding of business complexity and interdependencies.
- understanding of the it landscape in the functional area.
- experience with effective communication in english at different levels of the organization.
- experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams.
- experience working in an agile/devops environment using design-thinking methodology.
- experience with service now desirable.
*main responsibilities*:
- capture opportunities in the successfactors onboarding / recruiting and pdp modules together with interested teams.
- translate these opportunities to the development team through a detailed document of the process and what should be improved.
- register orders using internal tools such as service now.
- participate in global meetings with the development team to explain the opportunities raised.
- train and answer questions about these modules for talent teams.
