purpose:
the 360 solutions analyst role is critical to shape the ongoing success of the business: ensuring inventory, surgery records and the quality system in place to being an integral solutions leader in mexico.
you will be responsible for:
- ensure the correct delivery of the solution to customers with the highest quality standards; seeking operational excellence and sustainably achieving established service levels.
- guarantee the established contracts and the profitability levels expected by the company are met
- control and improve the execution of opex assigned for operations in the territory, as well as manage and execute in a timely manner the capex budget
- administration, control, protection and good use of assets assigned to operations, including fixed assets and inventory
- lead and collaborate with the commercial team to ensure the aligned growth of the business and operations, seek continuous improvement of processes in terms of productivity, costs, service level, quality
- lead and guide the operations teams in the territory, seeking the formation of teams of high performance and the growth of personal and technical skills required for all positions
- lead a team of approximately 40 people under your charge indirectly
- search for new business opportunities
- present results on a monthly basis to the different stakeholders (internal and external)
- promote innovation within your territory to continue differentiating the solution in the market
- promote a culture of ethics and compliance within your team / territory
- limited travel(15% approx.)

qualifications:
- education: university / bachelor's degree or equivalent is required
- 5 years of professional relevant operations or commercial experience including sales and/or marketing
- experience in medical devices / medtech is strongly preferred
- strong leadership & interpersonal skills
- highly self-motivated with ability to direct, lead, and motivate self and others
- creative thinker, with strong problem-solving abilities
- excellent communicator with effective influencing skills
- strong analytical & organizational skills
- the ability to collaborate in a cross-functional and virtual team environment is required
- highly curious with strong customer-centric problem-solving mindset and ability to deliver
