located in our santa fe office, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective day-to-day operations of the ssc, compliance with internal and external requirements, practice and procedures, meeting the expectations of key stakeholders, providing effective governance, driving continuous improvement, and leading a team of people in providing effective financial stewardship and demonstrating value creation
*key responsibilities*:
- responsible for the financial and operational performance of their designated ssc
- partner with senior stakeholders within gates to identify opportunities for, and build buy-in for, the transfer of activities within hr function to their designated ssc
- develop roadmap to expand scope of shared services to include additional processes
- define an effective, sustainable, and scalable delivery model for ssc activity to deliver defined scope
- responsible for the approach for - and governance of - migration of activities and the roles of the function in executing the migration of these activities
- lead the transition of activity, balancing pace of transition with management of risk and change
- migration to shared services and/ or outsourcing partner and the performance of ongoing delivery of services
- build capability, upskill and enhance capabilities and performance across migration to shared services center
- oversee service delivery and the day-to-day operations of the ssc, ensuring that all standards are met, and procedures are followed.
establish priorities and schedules of main activities
- review and monitor ssc-related services to identify trends and problem areas, reporting on risks, key performance indicators and proposed corrective action or new approaches
- develop and implement new work methods and procedures of the ssc; recommend procedural changes to improve ssc efficiency and ensure appropriate implementation of decisions made by senior management
- prepare and monitor the ssc budget
- plan and monitor staffing, overseeing recruitment and any other administrative functions related to the smooth functioning of the ssc
- define and ensure the implementation of service level agreements; sets standards for quality and ensures that operational activities are implemented in accordance with recognized procedures and guidelines and meet the established standards
- establish quality control mechanisms such as client surveys, periodic data quality assurance reviews, error escalation procedures
- ensure positive reputation of the ssc and increase the company's awareness in the industry to attract and retain people
- create and inspire a supportive climate by keeping employees motivated and focused on the business priorities.
*about you*
- 8 - 10 of years of progressive coordinating, leading and/or managing operations and administrative activities experience
- advanced university degree in business administration and/or management, human resources, finance or another related field
- strong english level
