about the role: autobrush is on a mission to revolutionize oral health, and we’re looking for an ecommerce brand manager who is both a strategist and an operator. This role isn’t just about generating insights and ideas—it’s about execution at the highest level. You will own our shopify storefront, drive revenue through meticulous optimization, and ensure every part of the purchase funnel is dialed in for performance.
this is a high-impact, high-accountability role where you will be expected to keep up with a fast-moving, data-driven environment. You’ll be responsible for making real-time optimizations, implementing changes quickly, and ensuring that autobrush’s ecommerce engine runs at peak efficiency. key responsibilities
* own and optimize the full buying experience—focusing on shopify, amazon, and other key digital storefronts.
* maximize rps (revenue per session) by improving checkout flows, landing pages, and ad-to-site experiences.
* optimize pdps & product variants to increase conversion rates on both shopify and amazon.
* implement upselling & bundling strategies across shopify (in-cart & post-purchase) and amazon (pdp & multi-unit listings).
* apply learnings from shopify cro tests to amazon pdps, ensuring consistent performance optimization.
* maintain brand consistency across amazon & shopify, including pricing, promotions, and messaging.
performance & cro
* analyze ad traffic flow and conversion bottlenecks, ensuring paid traffic translates to sales efficiently.
* work with paid media teams to ensure landing pages match ad creative, offers, and intent.
* run a/b tests, funnel experiments, and ux optimizations to improve checkout performance.
* improve site speed and performance, ensuring seamless experiences on both desktop and mobile.
admin, process management & execution
* keep the ecommerce engine running: ensure daily operations of the shopify store are smooth, tracking site changes, pricing updates, and testing timelines.
* be meticulously organized: maintain detailed tracking of ongoing tests, funnel tweaks, and optimization projects. No lost insights, no forgotten updates.
* own execution, not just strategy: you won’t just analyze what needs fixing—you’ll make sure it gets fixed, tested, and measured for results.
* manage third-party tools & integrations: oversee platforms like replo, shopify plugins, and upsell apps, ensuring they function without issues.
* document & systematize: keep clear sops (standard operating procedures) so optimizations and updates are repeatable and scalable.
* ensure consistency across all sales channels, maintaining up-to-date content, pricing, and offers.
project & team management
* lead shopify development initiatives, collaborating with developers to execute growth-driving updates.
* oversee qa processes for new features, ensuring error-free rollouts of site improvements.
* manage product launches and promotions, coordinating execution across teams.
* own on-site analytics and reporting, identifying key insights to drive optimizations.
* own the shopify storefront first and foremost, ensuring learnings and optimizations translate consistently to all channels, including amazon, meta shop, shop app, etc.
* analyze rps & cvr across all sales channels to determine where to scale budgets for efficiency.
* ensure amazon a+ content & enhanced brand content is optimized for engagement, education, and persuasion, matching the look and voice of our shopify store.
* monitor reviews, customer feedback, and q&a to iterate and improve shopping experiences based on real-time insights.
what we’re looking for:
* proven experience in ecommerce growth, funnel optimization, and shopify management.
* deep understanding of omni-channel commerce—how shopify, amazon, and marketplaces work together to drive growth.
* strong knowledge of rps (revenue per session), aov, and conversion rate optimization.
* ability to reverse-engineer winning funnels and identify high-leverage improvements.
* flawless organization & execution—you’re methodical in tracking updates, testing, and changes.
* strong grasp of performance marketing alignment, ensuring high ad efficiency.
* ability to analyze traffic sources, attribution data, and session behavior to drive optimizations.
* project management expertise—comfortable working cross-functionally across dev, design, and paid media teams.
