Human resources information system consultant
engagesmart is looking for a top-performing workday hris analyst to join our people applications team. The workday hris analyst will report to the sr. Manager, people applications and focus on daily support and maintenance of the workday system. The hris analyst will need to collaborate with multiple functional areas and key stakeholders. This role will ensure the most efficient and effective reporting and data integrity solutions are developed and implemented to meet business needs.
the successful candidate will have a proactive and innovative approach to streamline the inbound requests for reporting, analytics, and system changes.
your mission
* proactively work to establish and maintain reporting process documentation and recommend process improvements.
* daily support of the workday system to maintain a high level of data integrity.
* collaborate and work regularly with team members across multiple functional areas, including hr, recruiting, total rewards, finance, payroll, and accounting.
* be the liaison between internal and external resources to coordinate and support workday projects.
support new project implementations and functionality uptake:
* assist with gathering and outlining business requirements for new configuration and future rollouts of changes to hcm, talent management, onboarding, and people analytics.
* design, document, implement, and monitor reports and links to power bi dashboards.
* manage, schedule, and produce adhoc report requests.
* make recommendations for system efficiencies and new technology.
your talent
* workday experience required, including workday payroll and hcm.
* 3-5 years of experience in hris.
* be a self-starter with a proven ability to work independently and learn quickly.
* be detail-oriented and possess strong analytical and issue resolution skills.
* have a proven ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks, projects, and assignments in a fast-paced environment.
* be a strong communicator, both written and verbal, with different levels of employees and management.
* ability to work with highly confidential information and analyze data for accuracy and effectiveness.
