in the carrier marketing manager role, you will build, support, develop and manage relationships with external stakeholders among csp customer across the region. This will include develop activation plans, craft messages and content to drive one agenda across all external channels and thus drive our company strategy and build our brand equity. This role will directly oversee supporting customer intimacy, co-marketing efforts while building thought leadership and kol influence across different platforms and programs.
you will be part of the team supporting ericsson most important customers across the latam region. We want a passionate marketing influencer!

*what you will do*:
- manage marketing activation plans thru reinforcing marketing and communication with key customers by using ericsson's business objectives, portfolio, insights, competitors, analysts, and media analysis.
- own, manage and complete the activation flow in omni-channels in own role (news flow, event, etc.).
- identify and mentor potential spokespeople.
- create impactful messages and narratives.
common external interfaces: industry analysts, journalists, bloggers, and other external influencers, agencies, external agencies/suppliers, m&c production hub).
common internal interfaces: marketing and communication in gf/ma/ba executive team, pa/sa management, sales, employees, finance, legal, strategy, spokespeople

*you will bring*:
- 10 years of proven experience.
- university degree in business, marketing, communications, or equivalent training/experience.
- proficient english and spanish.
- experience working in a global or regional leadership team with particular focus to latam regional customers in a dynamic environment.
- understanding of digital communications, team leadership skills.
- creating & innovating | writing & reporting | leading & supervising | adapting & responding to change | planning coordinating | presenting & communicating information.
- tools & resources: cms, seo, cem, display/banners, marketo, ad-builder tool, paid digital media platforms, paid social media, social media channels (ericsson globally chosen channels), mrm, google analytics.
